Start with what you run. Switch on the rest when you need it.

Fuse Manufacturing is an operational layer built using ERPNext, that sits beside Sage Intacct. Everything below posts through the same path into Intacct — and the links go to ERPNext's own manual, so you can see the whole platform rather than only the part you start with.

Twelve screens, one posting path

This is what your people land on. Every movement any of them records reaches Intacct as it happens, and is refused if Intacct does not accept it.

The functions Fuse runs, all posting to Sage Intacct Sage Intacct sits at the centre. Twelve Fuse functions surround it — Receiving, Production Plan, Works Orders, Issue to WIP, Warehouse Transfer, Quality Inspection, Picking, Stock Control, Material Request, BOMs, Quality, and Projects — each connected to it. Sage Intacct keeps the books Receiving Production Plan Works Orders Issue to WIP Warehouse Transfer Quality Inspection Picking Stock Control Material Request BOMs Quality Projects
Every one of these links to ERPNext's own manual, so you can read the platform reference rather than our summary of it. Alongside them, the same movements run on a phone or tablet on the floor — a scan, a quantity, one button. What Fuse does with each (opens in a new tab) is in the Manufacturer Guides.

Fuse Manufacturing is an operational layer built using ERPNext, that sits beside Sage Intacct

We did not write a manufacturing system from scratch. You get the whole of ERPNext — an open-source platform used by tens of thousands of businesses and developed continuously by Frappe — and on top of it, the packaging, the shop-floor screens and the live Sage Intacct integration.

The software is proven, and it is not ours alone

Every capability on this page has its own documentation, its own community and its own release cycle. You are not depending on a private codebase that only one supplier understands.

The ceiling is far higher than day one

Most implementations start with a fraction of what the platform can do. Follow any link on this page into the ERPNext manual and you are reading about capability that is already there, waiting to be switched on.

We style and configure; we do not fork

Our layer sits alongside ERPNext rather than rewriting it, which is why upgrades apply cleanly and why someone other than us could support it.

Intacct is what makes it Fuse

ERPNext on its own is a complete ERP with its own ledger. Fuse is the version that leaves the accounting in Sage Intacct and posts every movement into it as it happens.

That platform, integrated with Sage Intacct, is Fuse Manufacturing.

Fuse adapts to your operation

Start with the screens your people need, switch on more when you are ready, and gain full visibility of every movement on the floor — without moving a single thing out of Sage Intacct.
